To report cruelty, please contact the national help line on 0300 1234 999, do not use this form or ring the Animals’ Home as we will not be able to deal with this.

We are unable to help you with:
Pets requiring urgent medical attention, or out-of-hours attention.
If your pet needs urgent medical attention, please contact your local veterinary practice initially. We do not have a resident Veterinary Surgeon at the Home, nor are we able to take in animals outside normal opening times.

We do not instruct RSPCA Inspectors directly, this must be done through the helpline number given above.
