Adopt an animal

Ziggy

Age: 3 yearsSex: MaleBreed: Lurcher ( Large Dog )Adoption fee: £200.00

Ziggy came to the centre as an unclaimed stray via our local dog warden, he is a very sweet boy although he can be quite shy when he meets people for the first time. Once he knows you he is a very affectionate boy who loves his cuddles. Unfortunately due to him being a stray we know nothing about his past life, he was quite underweight when he first arrived here at the centre. He is slowing putting weight on and is now ready to start his journey to finding his forever home.

Ziggy is a gentle giant who has been an sheer delight to look after while he has been here, he really will make the lucky adopter a very loyal, loving and true best pal they could wish for. Although he is quite sociable around larger breed dogs he is not so keen around small breeds and small animals so as a precaution Ziggy is muzzled whilst out on a walk. He is well muzzle trained and he wears his muzzle as comfortable as he wears his collar and harness so please do not let this put you off. Ziggy is a smashing and very handsome dog who just needs a sofa to share.

He could possibly live with another large breed dog but unfortunately no small animals or cats. he is suitable to live with older children aged 13 years and over

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THIS DOG. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO THE CENTRE TO MEET HIM.
