We're recruiting for a new Charity Shop Manager to oversee our Acomb store.
We’re looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, who can help us modernise our retail offering and deliver a consistent high-quality experience for our customers in our stores.
The Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating the retail work of our Acomb charity shop, recruiting and supporting our teams of staff and volunteers, ensuring our store is hitting its sales targets and maximising its potential.
Have you the skills and enthusiasm for the following:
- Hitting sales targets and maximising charity income
- Supporting and training teams of volunteers and staff
- Delivering a high quality customer experience
- Sorting and pricing, merchandise and donated stock
- Coordinating and maintaining a programme of generating quality donations for sale
- Ensuring accurate records and financial management
