Adopt an animal

Beatrice

Age: 14 years approxSex: FemaleBreed: Domestic Short Hair

Found their forever home!

Beatrice came to the centre via a local vets as an unclaimed stray, this poor sweet old girl has found herself homeless at the time of her life where she should be snuggled up in a loving home. Beatrice was very timid and confused when she first arrived at the centre, over time she has settled and her character has shone through. Although she spends most of her time snoozing in her bed, this does not stop her coming for cuddles so much so it was hard to get a photo of her standing still.

Beatrice prefers the quiet life, a comfy bed, good food and lots of TLC. We really would love to see this older loving lady getting spoilt in a loving home. She would love to share the sofa with you and snuggle up to keep you company.

Beatrice has recently been diagnosed as hyperthyroid for which she has started medication and will need this for the rest of her life, she does not want this to put you off and takes her meds very well. Her vision is also a little impaired but again she copes with this very well.

Beatrice will need to be a house cat, can live with children aged 13 years and over. We are unsure if she has ever shared her house with other pets.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING, IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THIS CAT.
