A new role has been created in the RSPCA York, Harrogate and District branch combining our current roles of Finance Officer and Branch Administrator. The duties will include:- To provide a comprehensive, high quality, efficient and effective finance administration service, including operating an effective purchasing system. Maintain all invoicing and financial records, in good order using SAGE or other appropriate accounting software. Assist the Branch Manager and Trustees by delivering accurate financial information and reports. Providing general administrative support to the branch including the preparation of communication materials and the handling of day to day ordering.
