George is a sweet boy who came to the centre via an inspector after his needs were not getting met. George was severely malnourished when he first arrived at the centre and it has taken a few weeks to get him up to a decent weight, he is now fit and healthy and ready to start looking for a loving new home. George has been on foster with a staff member and has lived with both cats and other dogs. He has started his training so adopters will need to carry this on.

George is a happy boy whose character is growing and growing, he is playful and cheeky and will make the most fantastic family pet. George is looking forward to a life full of adventures and fun times, he really will make someone a loyal and faithful best friend.

We are looking for adopters who are at home most of the time and who will take him to training classes to give him the best start to his brand new life. He is suitable to live other dogs, cats and children aged 6 years and over.

Due to the high volume of applications we are expecting for George we will collecting applications and selecting the most suitable home for him. 

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE  COVID RESTRICTIONS WE ARE ONLY ABLE RE HOME TO ADOPTERS WHO LIVE IN THE YORK AND SURROUNDING  AREA.  

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING, IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THIS DOG.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO THE CENTRE TO MEET HIM.
