I may be able to live with another cat
Age: 15 years oldSex: FemaleBreed: Domestic Short Haired (DSH)
Molly is such a sweet old lady who came to the centre after she was found with a large untreated growth on one of her back legs. We have now removed the growth and she has fully healed so Molly is now ready to start looking for a loving new home. Unfortunately the lump came back as the type of tumor that will more than likely grow back and spread elsewhere. We are looking for very special adopters who will Molly the loving home for the remaining time she has left with us. Sadly there is nothing we can do for Molly except spoil her and find her a home so she does not remain in a rescue centre for much more of her precious time.
It is very sad to see a cat of Molly's age in a rescue centre when she should be curled up on someone's sofa snoozing her days away. She is an extremely affectionate cat who enjoys the quiet life, as long as she has a comfy bed, good food and a family to love her she really does not ask for much else.
We would love to see this gorgeous girl in the loving home she deserves, she is best suited to being the only cat although it is possible she may share her home with another older cat who will not bother her. She could live with children aged 10 years and over.
Molly would need to be kept as a house cat.
PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE COVID RESTRICTIONS WE ARE ONLY ABLE RE HOME TO ADOPTERS WHO LIVE IN THE YORK AND SURROUNDING AREA.
I could live with children of secondary school age
I’m a golden oldie
