Adopt an animal

Oscar

Age: 3 Years approxSex: MaleBreed: Domestic Short Haired (DSH)Adoption fee: £120.00

Oscar came to the centre as he was not getting on with the other cats in the household, he had a big, open and infected wound on his neck that had been left untreated until he came here. He has now all healed up and been neutered and is ready to start looking for his forever home. Oscar is a very shy boy when meeting new people and dealing with new situations so we are looking for adopters who will give him the time and patience he needs to settle into his new home.

Once he knows you he is a very sweet and affectionate boy who loves a fuss, he will sit and let you stroke you for as long as you have time for. Sudden movements and loud noises spook him so everything is done at a slow and quiet pace, Oscar is quite an independent cat and likes to keep himself to himself after he has had some attention.

Oscar is FIV + so he will need to be kept as a housecat. He will need to be the only pet in an adult only home.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING, IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THIS CAT.
