Rayna

Age: 2.5 years approxSex: FemaleBreed: Springer SpanielAdoption fee: £250.00

Rayna is a very sweet girl who came to the centre via inspectors after being rescued from a multi dog home where their welfare was severely compromised. Rayna was heavily pregnant when she arrived here at the centre, she has had a traumatic past and we have been helping her adjust to life outside that house. Rayna soon after arriving gave birth to three puppies, she has done a fantastic job rearing her babies but it now her turn to be doted on.

Due to her past Rayna lacks confidence and finds meeting new people and experiencing new situations quite challenging, we have been taking things one day at a time with her as she has had the added challenge of rearing her little family at the same time. Despite her past Rayna is remarkably friendly and loving to people that she has bonded with, as she becomes more confident her spaniel characteristics are stating to show. She loves nothing more than her tennis balls and has even started having a dip in the river, she will need active adopters who will keep up with her active lifestyle.

Rayna will patient and understanding adopters who will give her the time and patience needed for her to settle and adjust to family life, she may struggle with certain sights and sounds in a new home and new environments which her new family will need to take in to consideration. Once Rayna has built up a bond with you, she really is the sweetest girl who will be your best friend. Rayna has so much potential and we would love to see her settled in a loving new home.

Rayna is suitable to live with other dogs after a successful introduction at the centre, she will need an adult only home with a secure garden of her own.
