Adopt an animal

Shadow

Age: 4 years approxSex: MaleBreed: Domestic Short HairAdoption fee: £120.00

Shadow came to the centre via an inspector after he was found abandoned with 5 other cats, they were all in shocking condition. They were so emaciated that you could literally feel every bone in their tiny little bodies. They have put weight on well now and are ready to start the next chapter in their lives. Unfortunately Shadow decided that after such a bad start he did not want to share his new found attention and food and started to argue with the other cats so he was separated from them and he is now much happier.

He is a little shy when he meets new people and who can blame him really after all he has been through, he has gained in confidence so once he knows you he absolutely loves getting a fuss and will head rub you to get more strokes. Shadow is quite a quiet boy so we are looking for adopters with a quiet home where Shadow can settle and start living his best life.

Shadow will need to be the only cat in the home, he could live with children 13 years and over so long as the understand he will need time to settle. Shadow has always been a house cat and we would prefer he stayed as a house cat.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING, IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THIS CAT.
