Adopt an animal

Skye

Age: 9 monthsSex: FemaleBreed: Lurcher

Found their forever home!

Skye is a very sweet natured girl who came to the centre as her previous owner could no longer keep her. She is a very friendly, playful and active girl who just want to enjoy life with her new family. Skye is a little unsure with traffic and busy places so new adopters will need to help her overcome her insecurities. Care will need to be taken with her training as she tends to run away when scared.

Skye is great with other dogs and gains confidence when around them so it would be ideal but not essential if she were to live with an existing confident dog. Skye will need adopters who will not leave her on her own for long periods as she is not used to being on her own, she is young enough to be have some further training on this.

Skye will make a loving, loyal and amazing new best friend for the person lucky enough to adopt her. Skye is suitable to live with other dogs and children aged 14 years and over.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE RECEIVING, IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT MEANS UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL THIS TIME FOR THESE DOGS. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO THE CENTRE TO MEET HER.
