Pet Show - Update!!

We've got an important announcement about our Online Pet Show.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been entering their pets so far. We've loved seeing all of your entries and will be sharing some of our favourites online.
There has been a lot of interest in the pet show which has meant we've had to make some changes so it can be even better. This has meant we've taken the decision to extend the application period to the 12th of June.with results being announced the following week.
The first big change is that the results are now going to be announced by Ben and Laura from the Minster FM Breakfast Show. How exciting!!!
We've also had a lot of companies get in touch wanting to sponsor some of the categories. This has given us the opportunity to raise more money and to help promote some of the local businesses who already support the York Animal Home. The businesses will also be providing prizes for their categories, so there's more opportunities for your pets to take home a special treat.
We still have sponsorship places available so if any businesses would be interested in sponsoring a category please get in touch with peter@rspca-yorkhome.org.uk. In return for your sponsorship you'll get your logo displayed alongside the category your're sponsoring aswell as getting to choose the winner.
Finally are also creating the "Best in Show Category" for Cats, Dogs and Small Animals. Every entry will be eligiblle for this category. A judging panel from the animal home will pick the winners for each category. The winners will each win a voucher generously donated by Pets Pantry York
