Ava is is a lovely little girl who came to the centre via an inspector. Ava is a fantastic dog, she is very sociable with people and just loves to be with you and also meeting new people. Ava loves to be out and about exploring new surroundings and getting involved with everything going on.

Ava would love a home where she can share the sofa with her family and snuggle up with them, she will need adopters who are at home most of the time as she does struggle and become anxious when she is left on her own. Adopters will need to help her with this and help her overcome her insecurities. Ava will make the most wonderful addition to the family and become the best friend you could ever want.

Ava is suitable to live with other dogs after a successful introduction at the centre and could live with children aged 6 years and over.

About Us

We are primarily self-funding and the money we spend in York is raised in York and Harrogate and surrounding areas. Income is also generated by our charity shops in Goodramgate, York, Acomb and Selby.
