About Ena

Ena came to the centre via an inspector after her welfare needs were not getting met, she has had a tough life until now which has sadly left her with some insecurities in life. Ena has lead a very sheltered life and has had near enough to no socialisation of the outside world at all. This lovely girl has missed out on so much in her short life and has so much left to experience.

Ena is extremely nervous when meeting new people and being in new surroundings, she has been improving whilst here at the centre and her new adopters will need to carry on with her training. She will need patient and understanding owners who will help her and take things very slowly. Ena needs a family who will give her the stability she needs and who will keep her safe, putting her needs first. Since being at the centre Ena has built up some close bonds with the staff who have been working with her, she has come on ever so well and is now beginning to enjoy life.

Potential adopters will need to commit to multiple meets here at the centre and a meeting with our behaviourist before taking her home. She is not suitable for first time dog owners and we will be looking for someone who can commit to her progressive training. Ena is a lovely dog who has suffered so much and what we really want for her is a safe future with a family who will love her unconditionally .

Ena will need a home where she is the only pet in an adult only home. She will need a home with a secure garden with a 6 foot fence due to her on going traing.
