Adopt an animal

Ray

Age: 2 years old approxSex: MaleBreed: GreyhoundAdoption fee: £200.00

This lovely lad came to the centre straight from the race track after he would not race. Unfortunately poor Ray came to the centre with a very nasty infection of his neuter wound that had tracked down his leg as well. Ray was immediately seen by our vet who prescribed a series of antibiotics and pain killers. Throughout all his emergency treatment and despite the pain he was in, Ray remained the loveliest and most sweet natured dog. Never once did grumble or complain and was an absolute star to treat.

Ray is a fantastic dog who is now completely healed and ready to find his very own family who will love and cherish him as he deserves. Ray is a friendly lad who loves a fuss, he can be a little on the shy side when meeting new people but he soon comes round. He will just need a family who will take things slowly with him, once he knows you he is a super sweet boy who loves his cuddles.

Ray loves his walks and loves being out and about appreciating the countryside, he walks well on the lead and is an absolute joy to be around. He is sociable with other dogs and loves walking with other dogs from the centre. Ray is a wonderful dog who will make a super addition to the family.

Ray is suitable with other dogs after a successful introduction at the centre and would need an adult only home.
