Are you have a passion for retail and a drive to take on a new challenge. We're looking for a manager for our Acomb shop who can get stuck in and make it their own.

The branch currently operates four charity shops (Acomb, York City Centre, Malton and Selby). We need to improve our retail offering and ensure it’s contributing to the work of the charity both financially and as a window into the Animal Home.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can continue to build upon the success of our local charity shop, taking on the challenge of running the shop and making it their own.

Have you the skills and enthusiasm for the following:

• Hitting sales targets and maximising charity income
• Supporting and training teams of volunteers and staff
• Delivering a high quality customer experience
• Sorting and pricing, merchandise and donated stock
• Coordinating and maintaining a programme of generating quality donations for sale
• Ensuring accurate records and financial management
