Are you have a passion for retail and a drive to take on a new challenge. We're looking for a manager for our Malton shop who can get stuck in and make it their own.

The retail manager in our Malton shop is currently on maternity leave and due to start a phased return from March. We are looking for an experience retail manager to come in and ensure the smooth running of the shop until the manager returns fully from maternity in August 2026. The Malton shop is still relatively new and is still trying to establish itself in the area.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can continue to build upon the success of our local charity shop, taking on the challenge of running the shop and making it their own.

Have you the skills and enthusiasm for the following:

• Hitting sales targets and maximising charity income
• Supporting and training teams of volunteers and staff
• Delivering a high quality customer experience
• Sorting and pricing, merchandise and donated stock
• Coordinating and maintaining a programme of generating quality donations for sale
• Ensuring accurate records and financial management
