About Dave

Lovely boy Dave came to the centre after his racing days came to an end. He is a sweet, elegant ex-racing greyhound ready to trade the track for a cosy retirement. Whilst he  can run fast when he gets the zoomies, He is  much better known as a professional 18-hour-a-day couch potato. He is gentle, affectionate, and looking for a calm, patient family to show me what home life is all about. One of Dave's most favourite thing in the world is share a sofa with his people getting lots of TLC

Dave is new to stairs, glass doors, and slick wooden floors, so you will need to take things slow while he learns how to navigate a house! It does not take greyhounds long to adapt to home life, Dave really does deserve to be in a loving new home with a loving family who will cherish him.

Dave is sociable with most other dogs and could live with a compatible dog after a successful introduction at the centre.
