Dolly is a sweet girl who came to the centre after she could not race anymore. Dolly is a lovely dog who can be a little shy and quiet when meeting new people. Once you have gained her trust she is such a friendly, gentle and sweet natured dog. Dolly is still getting used to life away from the racing kennels and starting to enjoy life as it should be.

Even the simplest little things in everyday life can be new for her to experience so her new family will need to help her adjust to family life. Dolly has made huge steps in her rehab and is now ready to find herself a loving new home with a family who will love her with their whole heart. If you are looking for a devoted companion who will bring immense love and zero fuss to your home, look no further than Dolly. Despite her racing past, retired greyhounds are famously known as the "40mph couch potatoes" of the dog world.

Dolly would love a sofa to snuggle up on with her family, she will either need a home with an enclosed garden or be taken to a secure dog field so she can have some off lead zoomies in a safe place. Dolly loves her walks and is enjoying the countryside and relaxing walks for the first time. Dolly will make such a wonderful addition to the family and totally deserves to be loved and cherished.

Dolly is suitable to live with another dog of similar size and will need an adult only home.
